Our customer service team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).

How quickly will my order ship?

We carefully package every order to help ensure your coins arrive safely and in the condition shown in our product photos.

Orders are securely shipped from Canada, with fulfillment from Alberta or Ontario depending on inventory location.

Will I receive the exact coin shown?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, the photographs on each product page are of the actual coin you will receive. We believe collectors should know exactly what they’re purchasing, so we use real images whenever possible.

Are your coins authentic?

Absolutely.

Every coin we sell is carefully inspected before being listed. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and photographs so you can purchase with confidence.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, all sales are final.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions and photographs carefully before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation.

Do you buy coins?

We’re always interested in quality Canadian and world coins, precious metal bullion, and collectible numismatic items.

If you’re considering selling a collection, please reach out to us by email with a few details and photos, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we’re interested in.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We’re working on one!
